Humming BirdMindfulness Refresher for Course Graduates

Quite a few of our course graduates have said they would like to review the key themes and practices from the eight-week course, as a way to reconnect to mindfulness or to consolidate your learning. In response to this, we are offering a four-session mindfulness refresher course for graduates on a Tuesday evening 6.30-8.30pm at Hamilton House, WC1, running from the 16th May - 6th June. This course is open to anyone who has completed an eight-week course (with us or another teacher), no matter how long ago you took the course and no matter how much (or how little) practice experience you have had since. We will refresh our understanding of the autopilot mode and how it limits us, remind ourselves how to stay present, open and awake, and practise self-compassion. We will revisit the main meditations from the course together, share insights and difficulties (including obstacles to mindfulness), and explore how to reconnect to or consolidate a mindfulness practice in everyday life. The course costs £150.00 and is taught by Ed Halliwell.
