Online Monday Mindfulness Practice Sessions via Zoom

Our new Monday evening mindfulness sessions are a space for anyone interested in mindfulness practice to meet together and experience guided meditation, short talks on aspects of mindfulness training, inquiry and discussion. They are open to everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. Cost £10 per session.

2020 Dates - evenings

2021 Dates - evenings and lunchtimes

In 2021, these sessions will take place monthly on the second Monday evening of each month (first Monday in December, no session in July or August) and monthly on the fourth Monday lunchtime of each month (third Monday in December, no session in July and August) and can be booked in advance as two separate ten-session blocks for a reduced total price of £75 per block. Or sessions can be booked individually for £10 per session.
